Hey White People, Stop these annoying (and toxic) behaviors!

I don’t know about you, but my daily work involves continuous interactions with white people, this is by force and not by choice. Not only am I the vocal Xicana boss that my majority white staff never thought they’d ever have, but I’m constantly immersed in meetings where it’s just me and if I’m lucky, a couple of other people of color amidst white space.
